December 17th is the last day to place a special order that will guarantee you get the roast you want in time for Christmas. Of course, we will have meat available for any last minute shoppers, however, supplies are limited on popular cuts such as prime rib, tenderloin, and racks of lamb.

Recommended portion is two guests per rib. Upon request, we will debone and tie it back together for best results in cooking and easy carving.
