We’ve got what you need to give your guests a memorable meal this holiday season! December 17th is the last day to place a special order that will guarantee you get the roast you want in time for Christmas. Of course, we will have meat available for any last minute shoppers, however, supplies are limited on popular cuts such as prime rib, tenderloin, and racks of lamb.

BEEF

Standing Rib Roast (Prime Rib)  | $20/lb
Recommended portion is two guests per rib. Upon request, we will debone and tie it back together for best results in cooking and easy carving.

Tenderloin (Filet Mignon) | $29/lb
Recommended portion is 1/2 lb per person.

Loin Roast (NY Strip) | $20/lb
Recommended portion is 1/2 lb per person.

Top Sirloin Roast | $19/lb
Recommended portion is 1/2 lb per person. Boneless roast.

Brisket | $10/lb
Recommended portion is 3/4 to 1 lb per person.

Short Ribs | $9/lb
Cut any style.

Chuck Roast | $14/lb
Pot roast, low and slow. 3/4 to 1 lb per person.

Bottom Round Roast | $9/lb
Recommended portion is 1/2 lb per person. Boneless roast.

Eye Round Roast | $9/lb
Recommended portion is 1/2 lb per person. Boneless roast.

Lamb Crown Roast | $26/lb
Recommended portion is two to three ribs per person. Eight ribs per rack, 2 rack minimum.

Rack of Lamb | $26/lb
Recommended portion is two to three ribs per person. Eight ribs per rack.

Leg of Lamb | Bone-In $18/lb | Boneless $20/lb
Recommended portion for bone-in is 3/4 lb per person, for boneless 1/2 lb per person.

1-1.5 lb per rib. Recommended portion is one rib per guest. Crown roast is 12 rib minimum.

Boneless Loin Roast | $15/lb
Recommended portion is 1/2 lb per person.

Pork Tenderloin | $15/lb
Sold whole by the piece (3/4-1 lb each).

Whole or sliced. Fresh belly, not smoked or brined.

We’re throwing an old-fashioned barbeque for our grand opening on Sunday, November 5th! Everyone is invited to our celebration of food, friends, and family. We’ll be breaking down a whole hog for a special menu and slashing the price of our glorious Medium Rare Burger to $7.00 all day long.

Free samples and tastings of locally produced products that are sold in our store will also be on hand. Come meet the farmers and ranchers that produce our amazing food and the culinary team behind the creative dishes we develop every day. Of course, our Head Butcher will be available to answer any questions and cut a fine piece of meat to order.

We are thankful for the amazing farmers we work with that supply us with the freshest and tastiest pasture-raised turkeys in Central Florida. The folks at Wholesome Conversions Farm in Weirsdale are currently raising Heritage White turkeys for Thanksgiving 2017 and we are now taking pre-orders. Just like the chickens we source, these birds are raised entirely on pasture without hormones or antibiotics. By roaming freely on pasture the meat results in a richer and more robust flavor when compared to traditional store bought turkeys. Furthermore, these turkeys are harvested the week before Thanksgiving and never frozen. It’s the freshest bird you can get! Ordering details are provided below. (more…)
