Beef Hindquarter Butchery Demo

Have a beer with our butchers as they break down a beef hindquarter and explain the techniques used to produce the cuts you know and the ones you don’t. Learn about our beef, how it’s raised, and the preferred cooking method for different cuts as you observe the craft of butchery up close.

Light snacks from our kitchen will be provided and guests will go home with 1-2 lbs. of beef from the demo. Beer will be offered and you’re welcome to bring your own.

Redlight Redlight will be hosting Fleet Farming and releasing their Printemps Saison on April 28th. We will be on-site cooking all evening to show support along with other vendors. Proceeds from one of the kegs will go to benefit Fleet Farming and all of the hard work they put into the Audubon Community!
