Join us for an intimate five-course Valentine’s Day dinner featuring beer pairings and a hog butchery demo! Our skilled butchers will demonstrate how to break down a side of pork and explain all the various cuts and uses for each part of the animal. The pork-focused menu will be crafted using a nose-to-tail approach to showcase the versatility and beauty of the humble pig.

BEEF FOREQUARTER BUTCHERY DEMO

Thursday, February 22 at 7:30pm

$75 per person

Have a beer with our butchers as they break down a beef forequarter and explain the techniques used to produce the cuts you know and the ones you don’t. Learn about our beef, how it’s raised, and the preferred cooking method for different cuts as you observe the craft of butchery up close.

Light snacks from our kitchen will be provided and guests will go home with 1-2 lbs. of beef from the demo.
