How do I earn points?
If you signed up in store using a credit card, your rewards account is linked to that credit card and points will automatically be applied. You may also present your rewards card (mobile is fine) at point of purchase or we can look it up for you with your e-mail address.
What are birthday rewards?
In the initial ‘welcome’ e-mail you will be able to sign up for Birthday Rewards. On your special day we will place a $10 discount on your card which will automatically apply to your check. Discount eligible only on your birthday!
How do I check my balance?
Use the lookup button above and your rewards card balance will be e-mailed to you. You may also ask a cashier in-store to look it up for you.
How do I redeem points?
If you are eligible to redeem points, you will be prompted at the point of sale payment screen. This process is automatic if using the same credit card linked to your account. If you’re not using a credit card, be sure to ask the cashier to look up your rewards account before taking payment.
What if I signed up more than once?
It happens! If you would like us to merge rewards accounts or help you find the correct account, let us know. Unfortunately, we can’t do this at the point of sale and we need help from a manager but we are happy to update your rewards balance and make any corrections after the transaction.
Will I receive spam?
We promise not to spam you! We e-mail our rewards customers 2-3 times per month with news, events, recipes, and discounts. You may unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time and remain enrolled in the rewards program.
